Refund Policy

Class bookings

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable but may be transferred to another class within 14 days. Non-attendance without notice is non-refundable.

 

Memberships

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

 

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They may be used toward any class or private session.

 

Cancelled classes

If a class is cancelled by us, you will be offered an alternative class or a full refund.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
