Classes and bookings

All classes are subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Edyta Grabiec reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time. In the event of cancellation by us, you will be offered an alternative class or a full refund.

Cancellations by you

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable but may be transferred to another class within 14 days. Non-attendance without notice is non-refundable.

Health and safety

By attending a class you confirm that you are in good health and that you have informed your teacher of any injuries, medical conditions or limitations before the class begins. Edyta Grabiec accepts no liability for injury arising from failure to disclose relevant health information.

Liability

Edyta Grabiec is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained during classes except where caused by our own negligence.

Intellectual property

All content on this website including text, images and design is the property of Edyta Grabiec and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
