About

I came to yoga because I needed it. Not as exercise, not as a trend but as a way to look after myself, physically and emotionally. That was fifteen years ago. It has never stopped teaching me.

My teaching style is what I call powerful kindness. It means I will ask something of you and I will be completely in your corner while you find it. Classes are rooted in mindfulness and conscious movement, with space for every level of experience. Whether the session is dynamic or restorative, the intention is always the same: to help you connect more deeply with yourself.

Yoga is not about being flexible or perfect. It is about showing up, breathing, moving, and being okay with what is.

I teach in West London and would love to see you there.

"Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing."
Mother Teresa
"I started yoga as a new yogi with Edy during lockdown. There were several of us on Zoom, in London, Antigua, Derby, Dunstable, France. It became such an important part of our day to connect with each other through Edy's words and the movement of yoga. We all started out with little experience and over the months the sessions increased in intensity and power, building up our practice and our strength. Edy instilled in me a love of yoga. Whenever I do yoga now I hear Edy's voice in my head and it makes me smile. Always."
